Baobab Swirls is a cornucopia of handcrafted African ornaments, jewellery and an array of natural soaps and cosmetics. We specialize in recycled material to craft our environmental friendly trinkets. Our soaps are made with loving care - using natural oils and butters that are good for all skin types, such as Avocado Oil, Coconut Oil, Olive Oil, Shea Butter and Cocoa Butter among others. ​From humble beginnings, Baobab Swirls started as a mere hobby in 2007. Our love for arts and craft led us to growing into what we are today. When creating our products we strive to use natural products that are environmental friendly, for instance our jewellery is made from recycled paper such as glossy magazine paper, newspapers, and calendars , our baskets and coasters are made from newspapers and catalogues.
We started creating our soaps ,lotions and body scrubs in 2015 after the founder and Creative Director of the company was inspired by rose shaped soaps she came across in a craft magazine. We use natural ingredients to hand craft our products.
